Are you interested in submitting a Skype or FaceTime testimonial video for JTV?

Email your name, phone number and what you love best about JTV, our hosts or products to:

We will review each of the emails and get back in touch with you. Please follow the instructions and "best-practice" tips below for a successful video testimonial experience from your laptop, iPad or mobile phone.

How Do I Use Skype to Create a Testimonial?

  • Create a Skype account
  • Know your phone number and Skype ID
  • Be sure to have your phone or laptop plugged in for the duration of the call (so you don’t lose power).
  • If you are using your phone, place the camera so that it shoots horizontally and use a phone stand so it doesn't move.
    1. Position the phone or laptop camera lens so that it is level with your eyes and you aren't looking down or up at the camera.
    2. When Skyping with JTV, frame the shot so that the top of your head is a little under the top of the screen. We want to see you from at least your chest up.
  • Make sure your background is simple and not busy.  Avoid having a window to your back.
  • Have a light in front of you so that the light is shining on your face. You might need two lamps, one in front of you and one from each side.
  • Turn off any overhead lights.
  • Make sure you have a strong and consistent Wifi signal. If others are using the same Wifi, ask them to turn off their Wifi devices to ensure that you have the strongest, uninterrupted signal.
  • When Skyping with JTV, someone from JTV will schedule a time with you to test the signal.
