The JTV Preferred Account is a private-label retail credit card which can only be used for JTV orders by calling a customer service agent and on JTV.com.  It is a credit account that allows you to pay your bill in full or over time. The JTV Preferred Account is subject to credit approval and is issued by Synchrony Bank.

 

How do I open a JTV Preferred Account?

You may apply for a JTV Preferred Account by going through the check-out process at JTV.com or over the phone by calling 1-800-619-3000. You will speak with a JTV Customer Service agent who will guide you through the application process.

 

I have a JTV Preferred Account. How do I enter the account info on JTV.com?

JTV.com will save your account information for later use once you have logged in, entered your credit card information, selected JTV Preferred Account as your method of payment and completed the JTV Preferred Account checkout process.

 

Is the JTV Preferred Account available for all purchases on JTV.com?

The JTV Preferred Account can be used to pay for items on JTV.com. Orders are subject to credit approval.

What is my minimum payment?

Your minimum payment due is the payment amount reflected on each statement that is needed in order to avoid a late fee. It is dependent on multiple factors. For additional information, please contact Synchrony Bank.

 

How do I prevent interest charges?

To avoid interest charges, pay the minimum payment due PLUS the difference between the statement’s “New Balance” and the sum of any “Deferred Interest Promotional Balances” that are not expiring either in the current or next month: Minimum Payment Due + (New Balance – Non-expiring Deferred Interest Promotional Balances).

Orders containing StretchPay do not qualify for JTV Preferred Account zero interest if paid in full within 6/12 months**. Remove StretchPay from items in your shopping bag to receive special financing.

 

What is the difference between zero interest if paid in full within 6/12 months** and StretchPay™?

Zero interest if paid in full within 6/12 months** offers with your JTV Prefered Account allow you to avoid paying interest charges on your qualifying purchase, as long as you pay your promotional balance in full by the promotion expiration date. Alternatively, StretchPay™ is a program whereby a customer makes a deposit on a purchase and then pays the remaining purchase price in installment payments.

 

What are the Terms & Conditions for the StretchPay™ program?

StretchPay™ allows you to purchase certain items by paying a deposit and making installment payments over a specified amount of time. JTV will designate any item that is eligible for StretchPay™ (an “SP Eligible Item”) with a graphic or other indicator on its broadcast and on one of the Websites. JTV will also designate the deposit and the number of installment payments that will be accepted for each SP Eligible Item.

By purchasing any SP Eligible Item, you agree to be bound by JTV’s Terms and Conditions, including the above terms and conditions for StretchPay™. You also agree that to the extent required by law, by purchasing any item from JTV, through placing an order with our call center, providing your debit/credit card number, providing other identifying information, by ordering on one of our Websites and/or any other actions to effect an order, you have provided your electronic signature agreeing to JTV’s Terms and Conditions and otherwise agree to JTV’s Terms and Conditions.

 

Can I use my JTV Gift Card with a zero interest if paid in full within 6/12 months** offer during checkout?

We’re sorry, but JTV Gift Cards cannot be used with any special financing offers at this time.  You will need to remove the JTV Gift Card as your method of payment or remove the Special Financing option to proceed with the checkout process.
